Let’s sort it out.

Usage analytics is optional and off by default. Change your choice in Tools → Privacy & analytics. Photos, videos, thumbnails and the contents of your library are never sent to Mixpanel. Turning analytics off stops new collection; previously received events can be deleted on request using your analytics ID. Read the privacy policy.

Open an album and use the shield to keep an item. Tap the photo or video to preview it; in the full-screen viewer, Keep protects the item. Tap Kept again to clear its mark. Swipe to browse adjacent items. You can also review items in a large, one-column feed. Only unmarked items in the current album that Photos allows you to delete are included in a deletion request.

Keep all & finish marks every current item Keep and completes the review. Nothing is deleted. The album is marked Reviewed.

Open Photos → Recently Deleted, unlock the album, and select the items to recover. Apple usually keeps them there for 30 days. If iCloud Photos is enabled, deletion applies to devices using the same Apple Account. Apple’s guide to deleting and restoring photos.

Previews in Keeplane’s History help you recognize the items. They aren’t backups and don’t confirm that the originals are still available to restore.

Your Keep choices sync through your Apple Account’s private iCloud database. Keeplane doesn’t upload original photos or videos, review reports, or history previews to its iCloud container. Reports and album review status stay on this device.

Sync depends on iCloud availability and whether Photos can match an item across devices. Open iCloud from the Library screen to check the status or tap Sync now.

Keeplane only shows items you’ve allowed it to access. Check Settings → Apps → Keeplane → Photos. Empty albums are hidden. Items stored in iCloud may take longer to load on a slow connection.

Videos have a play symbol and duration. Tap an item to preview it. Choose one to four items per row in an album, or pinch to change the grid size.

It’s the file size Keeplane could determine for that album’s items. This can differ from the space used on your iPhone, especially with optimized iCloud storage. Deletion may not immediately free that amount of space: items can remain in Recently Deleted.

This version has no separate registration, advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Choices sync using the Apple Account already signed in on your device.
